Anniversary Card

This is a simple card that I made for my sister-in-laws wedding anniversary thats coming up at the beginning of September, that month is definately one of the busiest for birthdays etc in our family so I guess i'm going to be busy over the next couple of weeks.

Im not too sure what the product names are that i've used, maybe as I get a bit more used to this blogging lark i'll get better at taking note of things like that but I know for sure that the embossing folder and butterfly die were from Sizzix, all other items and cardstock were from my stash.

Until later im going to try and get some sleep and hopefully work my way down that list of cards to be made for next month.

First Step Into Blogdom...

Just a quick introduction post as i've been meaning to write something really exciting for my first step into blogdom but everytime I sit here with the new post page in front of me my head just goes blank as if someone's switched off all the lights in there (i'm almost certain i've got dodgy wiring up there 'cos that happens quite a lot just lately) lol.

I'm hoping to get a extension page done introducing myself properly and giving you a bit of an insight into my life and the deep, dark depths of my mind - now thats a scary thought! But for now my intentions are to use this blog to showcase any of my creations that I make, be it just for fun or for any of the many challenges that are about, a lot of which i've been following for a while but a) haven't found the time to do anything with and b)  hadn't found the switch for those damn lights!

Anyways to keep it short and sweet for now i'd just like to say thankyou to anyone who takes the time to read this or any other future posts that I share, I hope you find something of interest along the way. I'd also like to ask you to please bare with me while I get to grips with the whole blogger thingymajig, if i go wrong anywhere please point it out to me... a gal's gotta start somewhere, right?
